HOFER Austria and ALDI SUISSE training tomorrow’s managers today

From customer service to cash accounting: ALDI’s apprentices experience a varied and exciting training period. We are proud of our apprentices in Switzerland and Austria, who finished their training with excellent results.

From the very first minute, ALDI’s apprentices are a valuable part of our team and, with the right support, grow more and more into their role of responsibility every day. Apprenticeship training is a top priority for ALDI - We are training tomorrow’s managers today. Various possibilities of different kind of trainings are offered in our national markets.

At ALDI SUISSE, 71 young men and women from all over Switzerland have graduated in retail trade, logistics, IT or business administration and are now starting their careers. 26 of them have successfully completed their apprenticeship at the Schwarzenbach location in the Canton of St. Gallen. HOFER Austria currently offers exciting career prospects to around 430 apprentices throughout Austria. The company is particularly proud of 20 young colleagues from the Styria and Burgenland: they have successfully completed their apprenticeship. More than 85 percent were able to score with good success or even and an excellent degree.
