Welcome and thank you for visiting our website.
Data protection is very important to us. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. In the following, we would like to explain to you what data we collect, process and use at what time and for which purpose.
1. Some general information on data protection first
The German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and consequently also the Telemedia Act (TMG) protect personal data. Personal data relates to natural persons. Data on legal entities is not covered by these protection laws. Details on personal or material circumstances that can be attributed to you as a person are referred to as personal data (e.g. your name in connection with your telephone number or e-mail address). This does not apply to information that cannot be directly associated with your actual identity (for example, the products that you have viewed on our website).
Disclosure of personal data to third parties
2. What happens when you use our website?

- Date and time of retrieval
- Transferred data volume
- Notification as to whether data retrieval was successful
- Notification stating the reason for a failed attempt to retrieve data, if applicable
- Operating system and browser software installed on your computer

- Browser language
- Colour depth
- Website from which you navigated to us
The data is analysed by us and our service providers for statistical purposes using common website analysis methods in order to continuously improve our website. As an individual user, you remain anonymous. Older entries in the log file are deleted at regular intervals.
We are not able to track which user has retrieved which data. Neither do we attempt to obtain this information.
IP addresses are stored exclusively for the purpose of data protection to ensure the stability and operating reliability of our system. IP addresses are in no way used to recover other personal data.

YouTube cookies are not saved on your computer and data is not transferred to YouTube provider Google Inc., Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, until you play the videos.
When playing videos stored on YouTube, at least the following data is transferred to YouTube provider Google Inc.: IP address and cookie ID, the specific address of the page retrieved on our website, system date and time of retrieval, ID of your browser.
Data is transferred irrespective of whether you have a Google user account via which you are logged in or whether you do not have a user account. When you are logged in, this data is directly allocated to your account. If you do not want this data to be allocated to your profile, please log out before activating the corresponding button.
YouTube and/or Google Inc. saves this data in the form of usage profiles and uses this data for advertising purposes, market research or for the needs-based design of its website. In particular, this data is analysed (also for users who are not logged in) to provide demand-based advertising and inform other users of your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these usage profiles. Objections must be addressed to YouTube provider Google Inc.
Please refer to this information page for further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and data processing by Google Inc.
